This role is responsible for driving execution across program teams- bridging business needs with technical solutions, architecting future-state processes, and ensuring seamless implementation within assigned process domains. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness while successfully delivering business outcomes.\nThis position partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, and external implementation partners.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram & Project Leadership\nLead day-to-day project execution for Product Concept to Launch (PC2L) and Lead to Customer (L2C) process lanes in close partnership with Business Process Champion(s), that own technical and functional direction for the initiative\nLead the enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) rollout across Engineering, coordinating data migration, process redesign, and user adoption \nLead the enterprise CPQ rollout across Customer Channels, tracking data migration & validation, user training, and overall readiness\nDevelop and manage project plans, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies\nDrive accountability, decision-making, and issue resolution across stakeholders\nProvide regular communication and updates to leadership teams\nBusiness Transformation Delivery\nCoordinate implementation of business processes, data, and technology capabilities supporting product lifecycle management, customer engagement, quoting, ordering, and fulfillment\nEnsure alignment between business objectives, solution design, and deployment activities\nSupport roadmap planning and execution across CRM, PLM, CPQ, ERP and related platforms\nStakeholder & Change Leadership\nWork cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations, and external implementation partners to ensure readiness for deployment\n\nGuide team members toward better outcomes, resolve conflicts quickly, and provide constructive feedback\n\nCoordinate testing, training, communication, and business readiness activities to support adoption and value realization\nContinuous Improvement\nTrack project performance through KPIs and business outcomes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness and operational performance\nPromote best practices in project management, process improvement, and organizational change\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field\n\n5+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise initiatives\n\nDemonstrated success delivering cross-functional business and technology transformations\n\nStrong leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills\n\nExperience managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies\n\nProven track record executing full implementation lifecycles (discovery through hypercare)\n\nExperience managing software and process changes across all phases of an agile or iterative lifecycle\n\nExperience implementing or supporting enterprise PLM, CPQ, or ERP Platforms\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills\n\nAbility to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence management on technical and business solutions\n\nCommitment to Pella’s mission, values, and culture of caring deeply, learning continuously, and achieving results\n\nPreferred\nExperience with ERP, PLM, CPQ, CRM, or digital transformation programs\n\nManufacturing industry experience\n\nPMP, Agile, or related project management certification\n\nExperience with Jira or similar project management
