In this role, you will create a welcoming experience, qualify customer needs, schedule appointments, support sales activities, and help homeowners find solutions that enhance their homes.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, retail, hospitality, administrative, or inside sales experience who enjoys interacting with people and keeping operations running smoothly.\nWhat You'll Do\nCustomer Experience & Lead Management\nServe as the first point of contact for showroom visitors and incoming customer calls.\nWelcome customers and create a positive, professional showroom experience.\nAsk thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities.\nSchedule appointments for Outside Sales Representatives.\nEnter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM and lead management systems.\nFollow up with customer inquiries and showroom leads.\nSet clear expectations regarding the window and door replacement process.\nAssist customers with service-related requests and inquiries.\nShowroom Operations\nMaintain an organized, clean, and inviting showroom environment.\nAssist with product displays, literature, and sample inventory.\nCoordinate resolution of showroom facility needs and maintenance issues.\nMonitor office and showroom supply levels and submit replenishment requests.\nSupport special events, home shows, and showroom presentations as needed.\nSales & Administrative Support\nProvide administrative support to Outside Sales Representatives and management.\nPrepare reports, track leads, appointments, and showroom activity.\nAssist with quoting, customer communications, and order-related inquiries.\nResearch and communicate accurate product information.\nSupport onboarding and showroom training activities when needed.\nOccasionally process customer deposits and sales transactions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n1+ years of customer service, retail, hospitality, administrative support, or related experience preferred.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProfessional phone, email, and customer-service etiquette.\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nPositive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn.\nTechnology Skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nAbility to quickly learn CRM systems and internal business software.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in home improvement, construction, building materials, or related industries.\nExperience supporting sales teams or managing customer appointments.\nKnowledge of windows,
