Applicants who are bilingual, speaking French and English will be prioritized. Professional level verbal and written communication in French and English is a requirement. \n\nPellera is looking to add to our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role will work on a remote basis. \n\nEssential Functions: \nProcess and reconcile account receivables and remittances. \nAnalyze credit worthiness of new customers and recommend appropriate credit limits. \nComplete customer account setup processes. \nObserve fraud prevention guidelines. \nPerform periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents. \nAddress payment issues such as double payments or other discrepancies. \nEngage Collection Team as necessary to resolve payment issues. \nOther duties as assigned. \nRequired Skills/Abilities/Competencies \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nBilingual, English/French communication, both verbal and written at professional level.\nEthical and critical thinking. \nAbility to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives. \nAbility to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines. \nAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. \nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. \nEducation and Experience: \nCollege Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business/Finance/Accounting. \nPrior experience in B2B collections required. \nPrior credit analysis experience is a
