This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of customer-facing professional services engagements through strong project governance, standardized methodologies, financial discipline, and continuous improvement. The PMO Manager leads, develops, and mentors Project Managers; monitors the health and performance of the project portfolio; serves as a point of escalation for delivery issues and risks; and partners with Delivery Management, Resource Management, Sales, and organizational leadership to ensure projects achieve customer and business objectives.
