The Project Manager manages small, medium, and large client projects from start to finish leveraging the standard PMO project management process. Actively participates in team meetings, bringing discussion topics and sharing knowledge with the team. \n\nThe Project Manager role will manage and support Cybersecurity projects. Ideal candidate will have background in working on GRC and Red Team projects. NIST or HIPAA Assessments, Cloud Security Assessments, PCI ROC Assessments. Prior experience working in a client-facing role and managing multiple projects at any given time. \n\nEssential Functions: \nProficient with all systems, tools, and templates provided by the PMO. \nReview SOW and complete initial planning activities. \nWork with resource managers to assign project resources. \nConduct internal and external project kick off calls with slide deck. \nConduct internal and external status meetings regularly. \nPrerequisite and product tracking. \nCreate and maintain the project plan. \nApprove project timesheets and invoices. \nConsistently complete weekly update of PSA tool project status, status notes, start/end dates. \nUpdate and maintain project technical resource schedules/bookings in the PSA tool. \nAttend project review meetings to discuss/provide updates to management on projects in progress. \nConduct project close out meetings. \nSubmit customer surveys. \nConsistently achieve project management utilization targets. \nAbility to lead project meetings and engage the appropriate team members in the conversation to maximize efficiency and value of the meeting. \nFosters and emphasizes teamwork amongst all project team members. \nTakes full ownership and accountability for the project’s success and acts to mitigate and/or eliminate risks through good communication, planning, and escalation as needed. \nOther duties as assigned. \nRequired Skills/Abilities/Competencies: \nEthical and Critical Thinking. \nAbility to adhere to and leverage best practices as defined by the PMO and/or well recognized project management frameworks such as PMBoK. \nStrong understanding of the different project types and methodologies, knowing when to use each. \nBasic Technical knowledge in the areas of Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Analytics, Cybersecurity \nGood understanding of common technical terminology and implementation methods for the aligned technology practice area. \nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills. \nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. \nAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. \nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. \nEducation and Experience: \n3+ years of related experience required. \nBachelor’s Degree (preferred) \nPMP Certification (preferred) \nITIL Certification (preferred) \nPhysical Requirements: \nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. \nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at
