The Team Lead partners closely with solution architects, project managers, warehouse operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure enterprise solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and according to customer requirements.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and a strong attention to detail while maintaining a hands-on role in the execution of customer projects.\n\nEssential Functions:\nEnterprise Integration Execution\nBuild, configure, and validate customer environments including racks, network infrastructure, end-user devices, and integrated technology solutions.\nAbility to manage hardware, BOMS, and inventory related to enterprise solutions.\nExecute customer-specific deployment plans and implementation requirements.\nInstall, cable, label, organize, and test rack-based infrastructure solutions.\nPerform hardware staging, imaging, asset tagging, and quality validation activities.\nEnsure customer solutions are delivered according to documented requirements and engineering specifications.\n\nOperational Leadership\nAct as the technical lead for warehouse-based integration projects.\nCoordinate day-to-day project execution activities within the integration center.\nOwn day-to-day technical execution of assigned integration projects from material readiness through final quality validation and shipment release.\nCoordinate technicians, work assignments, integration bays, equipment, and project priorities to meet committed delivery schedules.\nAssist with prioritization of workloads and project schedules.\nAssist in capacity planning for integration bays, technical resources, tooling, power availability, and project scheduling to maximize facility utilization.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to technicians and integration resources.\nSupport training efforts related to new technologies, deployment methodologies, and operational procedures.\n\nRunbook & Process Development\nAssist in developing implementation guides, work instructions, and operational runbooks.\nIdentify process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and quality.\nDocument customer-specific configurations and deployment requirements.\nMaintain configuration control throughout the integration lifecycle, ensuring engineering changes, BOM revisions, customer requirements, and build documentation are accurately reflected in the final delivered solution.\nEnsure all project documentation is complete and maintained.\n\nQuality & Validation\nExecute quality assurance and operational readiness checks.\nValidate hardware, software, asset, and configuration accuracy prior to shipment.\nPerform troubleshooting and issue resolution during staging and implementation activities.\nEscalate technical and operational risks when necessary.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Solutions Architects to ensure successful operational execution.\nCollaborate with warehouse operations, logistics teams, project managers, and account teams.\nParticipate in customer-facing calls when technical clarification or implementation support is required.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and integration operations.\n\nLeadership Expectations\nThis role may not initially include direct reports but is expected to:\nProvide day-to-day leadership to technicians and project resources.\nLead integration workstreams across multiple customer engagements.\nInfluence operational best practices across the integration center.\nServe as the subject matter expert for complex integration projects.\nSupport future growth and scaling of Enterprise Integration Services capabilities.\n\nSuccess Metrics\nProject deployment accuracy and quality.\nOn-time implementation and shipment readiness.\nReduction in deployment defects and rework.\nCustomer satisfaction scores.\nOperational efficiency improvements.\nAdoption of standardized work instructions and procedures.\nTechnician productivity and team effectiveness.\n\nRequired Skills/Abilities/Competencies\n5+ years of experience in enterprise deployment, integration services, data center operations, or infrastructure implementation.\nExperience building and deploying rack-based solutions.\nStrong understanding of structured cabling, networking fundamentals, hardware installation, and enterprise infrastructure.\nExperience working with servers, network equipment, storage platforms, and endpoint technologies.\nAbility to read and execute engineering diagrams, rack elevations, configuration guides, and implementation plans.\nExperience troubleshooting hardware and deployment issues.\nStrong written documentation and process development skills.\nAbility to balance technical execution with leadership responsibilities.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nExperience supporting enterprise integration centers, configuration facilities, or deployment operations.\nExperience with Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, and related enterprise technologies.\nExperience with logistics, asset management, device lifecycle services, and warehouse operations.\nFamiliarity with ITIL, project delivery methodologies, and quality management processes.\nRelevant technical certifications preferred.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a
