Tech Lead - Python

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of development experience, proficient in Python, Node and frameworks like Django, Flask and FastAPI.
• Expertise in front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
• Experience in writing better code and conducting code reviews, with an understanding of system scaling while maintaining security.
• Proficient in designing, implementing, and optimising SQL and NoSQL databases, like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledgeable about big database technologies like Elastic, with experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.
• Proven track record in planning and executing high-quality software projects.
• Experience in project coordination and delivery management within a product-based model, with familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, with knowledge of microservices and serverless computing preferred.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of breaking down complex issues into manageable tasks.
• Skilled in devising implementation strategies for event-driven data integration according to business requirements.
• Familiarity with emerging tools such as columnar and NoSQL databases and unstructured data.
