Working for Pembina means working safely.\nOverview:\nPembina Pipeline Corporation's Calgary office is actively hiringfor an Intern, Land to join the Land Department within External Affairs. Reporting to the Manager, Land, this role provides hands-on experience supporting land operations, projects, data management, and process improvement initiatives while working alongside experienced land professionals.\nThe External Affairs Service Unit brings together Land, Communications and Government Relations to provide essential services to projects and to ongoing Pembina business. In addition, this group effectively mobilizes project support, while ensuring proper governance and controls are in place.\nThis is a 4-month contract position.\nResponsibilities may include but not limited to:\nPerform role-specific responsibilities supporting land operations, A&D, and capital projects, including scanning and filing support for land files, land data analysis and clean up, SharePoint site updates, stakeholder information updates, and supporting land agents with documentation. This may also include participating in a project and presenting outcomes or learnings at the end of the term;\nSupport day-to-day work and learning activities related to land operations, using tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Copilot/ChatGPT, and other applicable systems;\nSupport Pembina’s safety culture of “Zero by Choice” by caring for yourself and others and following Pembina’s Life Saving Rules at all times;\nDemonstrate Pembina’s values by working in a manner that is Safe, Trustworthy, Respectful, Collaborative, and Entrepreneurial, recognizing that how results are achieved matters; and\nContribute to an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace by being gracious, kind, respectful, and working effectively with others.\n Qualifications:\nStrong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, a desire to learn and help others, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email software. SAP knowledge is considered an asset;\nCurrently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to school following the end of the work term;\nField of study aligned with, or providing relevant transferable skills for, the role applied for;\nAbility to commit to the full duration of the term and required schedule; and\nDemonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a structured environment, aligned with Pembina’s values and safety expectations. \nThe successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position.
