The team is building the system graph that lets AI agents act with constraints rather than guesswork.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for an experienced, product-minded Full Stack Engineer to join us as an early engineering hire / founding engineer, building and shipping end-to-end product experiences while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.\nYou’ll work across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and product execution, taking ownership from idea validation and prototyping through implementation, deployment, and iteration. This is not a traditional Full Stack role; you’ll have significant autonomy in shaping our technical direction, engineering practices, and development workflows.\nThe ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, product-minded, and comfortable turning ambiguous problems into practical solutions. You should be able to work independently, make thoughtful technical decisions, and balance speed, scalability, and maintainability in an early-stage environment.\nWork Set-up: 100% Work from home\nWork Schedule:Day Shift - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Time) with flexible working hours.\nNote: Employees may adjust their schedule, provided there is sufficient overlap with the Australian time zone (AEST) for collaboration. This is a fully remote, asynchronous work environment with no mandatory daily stand-ups, emphasizing autonomy, ownership, proactive communication, and results over hours worked.\nWhat you’ll do (Duties and Responsibilities)\nBuild and deliver end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud environments. \nDevelop modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. \nDesign and implement backend services, APIs, and integrations with consideration for scalability, reliability, and performance. \nBuild and deploy applications using AWS cloud services and modern development practices. \nWork with serverless architectures and event-driven systems where applicable. \nUse AI development tools as productivity multipliers - breaking down problems, generating solutions, validating outputs, and maintaining code quality. \nPrototype and iterate quickly by translating product ideas into working solutions. \nCollaborate closely with product stakeholders to understand user needs and make effective engineering decisions. \nOwn the full development lifecycle including implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement. \nContribute ideas around architecture, engineering standards, and development processes. \nWhat You Bring (Skills, Qualifications or Experience)\nMust have a minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with experience owning or leading end-to-end software development projects across the full project lifecycle.\nStrong experience with: \nReact \nNext.js \nTypeScript \nNode.js \n\nMust have hands-on experience building and developing applications from the ground up.\nExperience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS. \nUnderstanding of APIs, databases, and modern software development practices. \nComfortable using AI-powered development tools. \nStrong problem-solving skills with a product-oriented mindset. \nAbility to independently take ownership of features and deliver solutions. \nExperience building and maintaining web applications from frontend to backend.\nNice to Have\nExperience with: AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, S3, IAM, queues, event-driven systems) \nSST framework \nInfrastructure-as-code concepts \nRust or other systems programming languages \nCI/CD pipelines \nObservability and monitoring tools \n\nStartup or early-stage company experience. \nExperience contributing to UX decisions, prototypes, and product discovery.\nOur Hiring Process & AI Disclaimer: We use AI tools to streamline our application process-including an initial conversation with an AI Interviewer.
