They are proud to be part of a leading global luxury fashion group.\nAbout the Role\nThe Junior Operations Specialist will become part of a global operations network as part of the Operations team based in Manila. Serving as the Product Quality daily flow coordinator, this associate plays a pivotal role in the Production team. You will be responsible for a set of tasks and coordination activities with the focus to maintain a very high standard in terms of output, quality, and service level for Product Quality activities. This role ensures proper planning and capacity allocation, enabling a smooth and stable operations flow.\nWorking Hours / Schedule:9:00 am to 6:00 pm PHT , Monday to Friday.\nWork Setup:Remote / Work from home (occasional face-to-face gatherings and onboarding at the Sheridan office.)\n\n What you’ll do\nDaily management of the pool of Freelancers ensuring efficient works and workload management\n\nDaily monitoring of Product Match and Review metrics\n\nCreation of reports and status updates as needed\n\nResponsible for the daily overview of all related tasks across Quality Control processes as well as Product Match and Review ones.\n\nThe colleague will also liaise with other areas of the team and participate in initiatives related to the continuous improvement of our processes.\n\nLiaise with capacity management and planning for early on resource planning\n\nIdentify quality and accuracy issues in freelancers' work.\n\nMaintain product information and quality control guidelines, ensuring all materials are current and up to date.\n\nWhat You Bring\nYou studied Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or in an Operations related field\n\nYou are a fresh graduate looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic company\n\nExperience in the field of Warehouse Operations, Logistics and/or Ecommerce from advantage.\n\nYou might have worked in fashion industry but always had a soft spot for what happens behind the scenes\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, including confidence working with multiple stakeholders\n\nStructured, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.\n\nAdaptable, flexible, and collaborative, with a \"can-do\" attitude; thrives in fast-paced environments and works confidently autonomously\n\nProficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills\n\nOwning and driving daily results for the Product Match and Review areas\n\nOwnership for troubleshooting, raising blockers in the process with sense in a timely manner\n\nSense of ownership and a get things done attitude\n\nAutonomous, proactive and collaborative ways of working\n\nAptitude and interest to learn about Luxury Fashion, technical knowledge about Luxury Fashion Products is required, therefore previous knowledge (or interest to develop in this field) are desired skils\n\nKnowledgeable in Google Workspace tools and applications.\n\nEasiness to work in a full english speaking and multi-cultural environment\n\nDon't meet every single requirement?
