You will be responsible for researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, updating order records, and creating and translating cost analysis reports. You will be responsible for shipment, storage, and distribution of all kinds of deliveries, accounting for all assets, managing stock, and managing fleet concerns.\nWhat you’ll do\nMaintain updated fixed asset inventory\n\nMaintain updated internal databases\n\nSourcing and Research of potential vendors\n\nCoordinate and negotiate with suppliers\n\nPrepare cost analyses\n\nPlan shipments of assets/goods based on the availability of the end user\n\nCoordinate and monitor the delivery of ordered goods are properly received\n\nOrganize communication and delivery of units to repair shops or warranty stores\n\nCoordinate with designated personnel or logistics providers to ensure assets are properly packed and secured before shipment\n\nCoordinate with designated personnel to facilitate the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming deliveries.\n\nProvide information to internal and external customers about the status of deliveries\n\nResponsible for materials and warehouse management\n\nResponsible for fixed assets management - overseeing transfer/turnover of assets to end users\n\nEnsures that disposals of assets are authorized and properly documented\n\nInvestigating lost/damaged fixed assets and processing request/ claim for insurance (if eligible)\n\nMaintain a list of property and equipment\n\nOther Tasks related to the position\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's/College degree\n\n1-2 years of experience in the related field\n\nSubstantial knowledge of standard logistics procedures and practices; experience in warehousing is required\n\nHighly organized, productive, and detail-oriented, with a solutions mindset\n\nProficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Google Slides\n\nNice to Have\nExposure to BPO industry is a plus\n\nOur Hiring Process & AI Disclaimer: We use AI tools to streamline our application process-including an initial conversation with an AI Interviewer.
