The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and/or mobile applications through structured testing processes and automation frameworks.\nYou will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high quality software in a fast paced Agile environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts\n\nPerform manual testing for new features, regression, integration, and UAT support\n\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools\n\nIdentify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira)\n\nCollaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes\n\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives\n\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests\n\nPerform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar\n\nEnsure test coverage, test data preparation, and environment readiness\n\nContinuously improve QA processes, standards, and documentation\n\nWhat You Bring\n2+ years of experience in software quality assurance\n\nStrong experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT)\n\nHands on experience in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar)\n\nExperience writing and maintaining automation scripts\n\nFamiliarity with API testing and RESTful services\n\nExperience using bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)\n\nUnderstanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nGood communication skills (written and verbal)\n\nThis is a talent pooling opportunity.
