They focus on delivering high-quality field data and seamless operational execution across a diverse range of sites.\nAbout the Role\nThe Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform to support client management and daily business operations. This role involves building scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and ensuring data integrity,\nsecurity, and performance. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and the ability to collaborate closely with administrators and stakeholders.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and related technologies.\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.\nMaintain, enhance, and support existing Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.\nBuild and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and web services, including ShareConnect, S-Docs and S-Sign.\nCollaborate with Salesforce Administrators, business stakeholders, and other developers to identify and implement system improvements.\nEnsure solutions comply with Salesforce security, development, and governance best practices.\nPerform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.\nStay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend enhancements to existing implementations.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.\n3+ years of demonstrable experience in software development.\nHold Salesforce certifications, like Platform Developer I or II, or App Builder.\nExperience with S-Docs, S-Sign and ShareConnect platform tools.\nStrong proficiency in Salesforce development and administration, including Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and related platform features.\nHands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development tools.\nExperience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.\nSolid understanding of the Salesforce data model (standard/custom objects, relationships, fields).\nExperience with Salesforce integration and data migration tools.\nExperience with low-code automation tools such as Salesforce Flow (Process Builder experience a plus).\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPassion for building high-quality, scalable cloud-based solutions.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.\nAvailability to work US Eastern Time (ET).\nSome basic programming experience is a plus.\nHave the flexibility to assist and learn other programs and applications that would interact with Salesforce.\nOur Hiring Process & AI Disclaimer: We use AI tools to streamline our application process-including an initial conversation with an AI Interviewer.
