As digital ecosystems grow, we enable secure, scalable, and automated cryptographic operations.\nAbout the Role\nWe are building a talent pool for Tier 2 Support Engineers to support enterprise scale certificate and key management initiatives. This role focuses on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificate lifecycle management, cryptographic systems, and secure integrations across cloud, containerized, and on-prem environments.\nWhat You'll Do\nLeverage your hands-on Linux, Azure or Windows Server experience and learn PKI and the client applications via provided training.\n\nTroubleshoot and configure client applications across Microsoft Azure, Linux or Microsoft Server environments\n\nPerform support functions such as troubleshooting, performance enhancements and upgrades.\n\nSupport PKI across global customers including:\n\nUnderstanding public and private keys\n\nCertificates (issuance, renewal, expiration)\n\nLog analysis\n\nTroubleshooting common certificate-related issues.\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n3+ years of experience in infrastructure, system administration, or cloud support roles\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\nStrong hands-on experience with:Linux (administration and troubleshooting)\nWindows Server environments\nMicrosoft Azure\n\nBasic understanding of PKI conceptsPublic/private key fundamentals\nCertificate lifecycle awareness\n\nAbility to troubleshoot system and application-level issues\nFamiliarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools and services\nAmenable to working onsite 3 times per week at Sheridan Business Center, Mandaluyong City\nOur Hiring Process & AI Disclaimer: We use AI tools to streamline our application process-including an initial conversation with an AI Interviewer.
