The role focuses on day-to-day technical support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliable service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\n• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and networking equipment.\n• Provide basic configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting support for Linux/Windows servers and related systems.\n• Assist in maintaining IP-PBX, VoIP, SIP-based communication systems, and call center applications.\n• Diagnose hardware, software, workstation, and connectivity issues and provide first-level support.\n• Support IP phones, softphones, workstations, and IT peripherals.\n• Monitor system performance, backups, connectivity, and operational availability; promptly escalate major incidents.\n• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and senior technical personnel as required.\n• Maintain IT asset records, configurations, and technical documentation.\n\nEducationDiploma in Computer\nBachelor of Science (BSc)\n\nExperienceAt most 2 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, ISP\n\nAdditional RequirementsAge 18 to 30 years\n • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing, and switching.\n• Practical understanding of router, switch, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.\n• Basic familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and server administration.\n• Ability to diagnose common hardware, software, and network-related issues.\n• Familiarity with MikroTik, Cisco, or similar network devices.\n• Knowledge of Asterisk, VICIdial, FreePBX, IP-PBX, SIP, or VoIP technology.\n• Exposure to Linux services, virtualization, firewalls, and network security.\n• Prior internship or employment in IT support, ISP, ITES, or call center technical operations.\n\nSkillsHardware & Networking, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), vicidial, Mikrotik Administration, IP Telephone and IPPBX Marketing, SIP, VOIP Solutions\n\nEmployment status: Full Time\nWorkplace: Work at office\nVacancies: 2\nSalary: Tk. 15000 -
