You'll work closely with the Program Manager to keep projects moving, supporting Supply Chain and other cross-functional initiatives such as supplier onboarding, packaging changes and new product launches. day-to-day coordination and management of Supply Chain and other cross-functional projects, including supplier onboarding, packaging changes and new product launches\n\nDraft meeting agendas, capture notes and action items, and distribute follow-ups\n\nMonitor daily progress on project deliverables and flag risks, delays, or blockers to the Program Manager\n\nMaintain project documentation, keeping files, trackers, and shared folders organized, current, and easy to find\n\nUpdate project plans, timelines, and status reports\n\nSchedule meetings and coordinate availability across internal teams and external partners\n\nWork cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Product, and Marketing\n\nServe as the main point of contact between team members and the Program Manager.\n\nDraft and update SOPs and checklists as workflows change\n\nHelp run project kickoffs and retrospectives, and capture lessons learned\n\nHelp identify opportunities to improve project processes and templates.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nExperience\n1-3 years of experience in project management in operations, supply chain, procurement or a similar role\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\n\nComfort working with data in
