Duties & responsibilities:\n\n- Ensure all inventory and stock management are maintained accurately. \n\n- manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock\n\n- maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems\n\n- Observe the correct stock receiving \n\n- Have a working knowledge of Stock to ensure accurate stock management.\n\n- coordinate warehousing and inventory functions\n\n- Maintain store/product standards as described in our product standard manual; this includes stock management, cleaning shelf/stock presentation.\n\n- Maintain good working relationships with your manager and your peer.\n\n- Other work as directed by Manager/Director.\nJob Requirements3.Qualification & requirement:\n\n- A bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting or a similar skill.\n\n- At least 2 or more years of work experience of real estate/private Company.\n\n- Experience in managing inventory, or abilities to learn this skill and delegation skills.\n\n- Competent in operation of the purchasing, Ms. Office.\n\n- Enjoy clerical and administrative activities \n\n- Able to perform the role and work at agreed times.\n\n- Good planning and numeracy skills \n\n- Good communication skills \n\n- Aptitude for working with computer systems \n\n- Able to pay attention to detail.\n\n4.Working Days and Hours:\n\n- Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm\n\n- Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm\n\n5.Work place:\n\n- Inventory Supervisor is based at Site/Branch, the Inventory Department. \n\n6.Relationship:\n\n- Inventory Supervisor works under control & report directly to Inventory Manager.\n\n7.
