Scope of working: \n\nLearning and Development Supervisor : is a key contributor to the design, implementation, and management of a wide range of learning and development initiatives, including the organization's Learning Management System (LMS). This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of training programs, from coordinating with internal stakeholders to sourcing external partners and evaluating program effectiveness.\n\n2. Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n- Manage and facilitate Corporate Annual Training and Talent Development Programs to ensure smooth implementation according to the plan set.\n\n- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and feedback surveys.\n\n- Track training effectiveness and learning impact using the Kirkpatrick Model.\n\n- Work with line managers to source internal and external trainers.\n\n- Create, upload and manage courses, including e-learning modules, assessments, and training resources.\n\n- Generate monthly usage reports, including completion rates, login frequency, time spent, and performance scores.\n\n- Work with line managers to lead the LMS implementation as a key team member\n\n- Collect and consolidate post-training evaluations, knowledge assessment results, and learning impact reports.\n\n- Maintain detailed and organized records of training activities and learner development outcomes.\n\n- Report learning data to line managers and contribute to quarterly performance reviews and planning.\nJob Requirements3.Qualification & Requirement:\n\n• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.\n\n• At least 2–3 years of relevant L&D experience.\n\n• Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms and e-learning content.\n\n• Knowledge of adult learning theories and competency-based development.\n\n• Proficient in Microsoft Office, LMS software, and data reporting.\n\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.\n\n• Proficiency in tracking and reporting on training budgets and program outcomes.\n\n4. Working Days and Hours:\n\nMonday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm\n\nLunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm\n\n5.
