Duties & responsibilities:\n\n- Maintain records of goods, ordered and received;\n\n- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales;\n\n- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment;\n\n- Control purchasing department budgets;\n\n- Review purchase order claims and contracts\n\n- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability\n\n- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures\n\n- Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials\n\n- Other tasks assigned by Superior.\nJob Requirements3. Qualification & Requirement:\n\n- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field;\n\n- At least 2 years of working experience;\n\n- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management\n\n- Solid judgment along with decision making skills\n\n- Strong leadership capabilities\n\n- Computer literacy especially MS Office; and other relevant system\n\n- Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills\n\n- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skill, problem solving skill\n\n- Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure.\n\n4. Working Days and Hours:\n\n- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00PM & 1:00pm to 5:30pm\n\nLunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm\n\n5. Workplace:\n\nProcurement Officer is at Head Office of Peng Huoth Group, Department of Procurement.\n\n6. Relationship:\n\nProcurement Officer works under supervision and reports directly to Procurement Supervisor.\n\n7.
