With flexibility where it matters and a strong focus on outcomes, Penguin Solutions is a place to do your best work, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact.\nResponsibilities\nLead a team of freight bill analysts and ensure all accounts are handled efficiently and accurately\nDevelop and maintain auditing procedures for all assigned accounts\nReview freight bills for accuracy and completeness and resolve any discrepancies\nReview and approval of all freight invoices\nEnsure aging reports are reviewed and addressed regularly\nEnsure all invoices are paid in a timely manner\nEnsure all cross charges are applied correctly, and other site cross charges are approved\nProvide pending invoice status reports (Weekly)\nProvide monthly spending analysis report \nVerify Tariff imposed\nLiaise and communicate with the logistics service providers to ensure inbound shipments are delivered as per scheduled.\nKeep track of urgent shipments in transit, and constantly follow up for delivery status of inbound/ outbound shipments\nEnsure all billing invoices from logistics service providers are verified for accuracy in the rates and account numbers used.\nProvide Accrual in every quarter end to Finance AP.\nEnsure aging reports are reviewed and addressed regularly.\nEnsure all cross charges are applied correctly, and other site cross charges are approved.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nExcellent knowledge of SAP\nMust be a team player with written and verbal communication skills.\nGood understanding of various carrier pricing, tariff and contract rate, others.\nGood analytical skills\nMin. 2 years’ experience with freight billings/invoices\nExposure to incoterm 2020. \nMust have good computer skills;
