In this role, you will support the accurate and timely processing of multi-country payrolls across multiple international locations, maintain employee payroll data, perform payroll validations and reconciliations, and help ensure compliance with country-specific requirements. You will partner closely with external payroll vendors and internal teams to support efficient, compliant, and employee-focused payroll delivery for employees around the globe.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and process multi-country payrolls accurately and on schedule, ensuring payroll inputs, calculations, and outputs are complete and validated\nCollect, review, calculate, and input employee payroll data, including compensation changes, benefits, deductions, terminations, and other payroll-related transactions\nAssist with pre-payroll and post-payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance reviews to help identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalization\nPartner with external payroll vendors to coordinate payroll processing, resolve open items, and stay informed of local regulatory or statutory changes\nReview payroll transactions for compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, statutory requirements, internal controls, and company policies\nGenerate, review, and analyze payroll reports, including earnings summaries, tax withholdings, funding files, general ledger support, and other payroll-related data\nResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner\nMaintain payroll procedures, process documentation, and control evidence to support compliance readiness, audits, and continuous improvement\nSupport payroll-related projects, system enhancements, vendor transitions, and process improvement initiatives as needed\nUphold the integrity of global payroll operations by following established controls, protecting sensitive employee data, and escalating risks or issues appropriately\nQualifications\n2-4 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably including global or multi-country payroll operations\nStrong understanding of payroll processing, payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance requirements\nProficient computer skills, including payroll systems, data entry, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel\nHigh level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and global partners\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment\nCollaborative team player with sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently\nDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll data\nProficient in conversational English\nExperience working with ADP
