The role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, helping to ensure timely HR service delivery, accurate employee data, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience. The HR Specialist works closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to support organizational objectives and workforce needs.\nResponsibilities\nHR Operations and Employee Data\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (SuccessFactors). \nProcess employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations. \nEnsure employee data is accurate and handled in accordance with company policies and applicable local labor regulations. \nSupport HR audits and maintain proper documentation and record-retention practices. \nOnboarding and Offboarding\nCoordinate onboarding activities, including new hire documentation and system setup. \nPartner with internal stakeholders to provide a smooth and well-coordinated onboarding experience. \nManage employee offboarding activities, including required documentation and system updates. \nEmployee and Manager Support\nServe as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries. \nProvide clear guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs. \nEscalate complex employee relations matters to the appropriate HR leaders when required. \nProjects and Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in HR and AI-related initiatives and projects that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. \nRecommend process improvements and support the implementation of HR best practices. \nAssist with change management and HR transformation initiatives. \nMaintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information at all times. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. \nFresh graduates and candidates with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. \nExposure to or experience with an HRIS is preferred;
