With flexibility where it matters and a strong focus on outcomes, Penguin Solutions is a place to do your best work, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact.\n\nJob Overview\nWe are seeking a results driven Sr. Territory Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for DRAM and NAND Flash-based memory modules, SSD solutions, and other Advanced Memory Architectures within your assigned territory.\nReporting to the VP of Sales, this role is responsible for driving new business development, design wins, and strategic account expansion across OEM, Datacenter, Hyperscale, NeoCloud, and Enterprise customers. You’ll operate at the center of high growth markets, including AI, datacenter, networking, storage, embedded systems, and semiconductor equipment while partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving performance and supply requirements.\nThe ideal candidate brings a strong track record in complex, technical sales environments, with experience engaging both business and engineering stakeholders. Background in memory or semiconductor-related technologies is strongly preferred.\nResponsibilities\nDrive new design wins and revenue growth across assigned OEM accounts.\nIdentify qualify, and close new business opportunities across the assigned region.\nDevelop and execute regional growth strategy aligned to company goals.\nBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.\nNegotiate pricing, long-term supply agreements, and partnership opportunities.\nEstablish relationships with executive, procurement, and engineering stakeholders within OEM organizations.\nSupport customer product qualification and design-in cycles.\nPosition memory and storage solutions based on performance, reliability, cost, and supply continuity.\nCollaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and internal technical teams to support customer integration and success.\nRepresent solutions across a range of applications including:DRAM (DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR)\nNAND Flash (SLC, MLC, TLC, QLC)\nSSD Architectures (NVMe, SATA)\nMemory modules for enterprise, embedded, and industrial\nSemiconductor manufacturing equipment\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computing Science, or related field\n7+ years of experience selling DRAM, NAND Flash, memory modules or SSD solutions\nProven ability to drive new business development and grow existing accounts\nExperience selling into OEMs, enterprise hardware customers, hyperscalers, or embedded markets\nStrong understanding of customer buying processes across technical and commercial stakeholders\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nLocation\nRemote - US\nTravel\nApproximately 20%\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $120,000 - $147,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
