As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests, all while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.\nREPORTS TO\nRestaurant Manager and Supervisor\nDIRECT REPORTS\nN/A\nKEY RELATIONSHIPS\nInternal: Managers and hourly staff\nExternal: Guests\n ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests\nPrepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc.) according to company recipes and standards \nTake customer orders, suggest menu items, and answer any questions regarding ingredients, flavors, or drink customization\nMaintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure stock is properly rotated \nProvide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner\nProcess payments, including cash, credit card, and tabs\nEnsure all guests are of legal drinking age and follow all laws and regulations regarding alcohol service\nMonitor customer behavior and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise\nAssist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies\nKeep track of and maintain the cleanliness of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment\nAdhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines\nWork collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth service\nCreate a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT\nThe physical demands & work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
