You must ensure you maximize the guest experience by achieving all Marriott & AAA service standards, maintaining consistent quality of service, exceeding expectations and efficiently completing departmental objectives.\nREPORTS TO\nDirector of Housekeeping and Assistant Housekeeping Manager\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nArrive on time, ready and able to work within performance standards set by management\nMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor for your shift\nFulfill guest needs within the abilities of the establishment and staff\nInform upper management of any safety hazards, general difficulties, equipment problems, product or ware shortages that may arise when preforming your job up to set standards\nAssist in the Rooms operations for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.\nPractice and uphold quality, sanitation, and professional standards set by the company.\nClean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.\nAdhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.\nStrip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.\nDust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.\nPush and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash.\nReplenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.\nSign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
