customer relationships through responsive communication, professionalism, and exceptional service.\n\nIdentify customer needs and provide timely solutions to questions, concerns, and requests.\n\nMeet with prospective and existing customers to discuss product requirements, expectations, and opportunities.\n\nAddress and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.\n\nMaintain consistent communication with customers regarding order updates, product availability, and anticipated delivery timelines.\n\nSales & Account Coordination\nRespond to incoming sales inquiries and leads, ensuring appropriate follow-up and coordination.\n\nSupport sales activities by identifying customer requirements and assisting with product and service inquiries.\n\nPrepare estimates and pricing information for customer quotes.\n\nCoordinate with internal sales and design teams to ensure customer specifications and expectations are clearly communicated.\n\nAssist with customer account activities and identify opportunities to strengthen existing business relationships.\n\nOrder Processing & Production Support\nProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently.\n\nConfirm order details and communicate relevant information to internal departments.\n\nMaintain and update internal documentation to ensure accurate order processing and a smooth transition to production.\n\nCoordinate requests for samples, materials, or other items needed to validate packaging for upcoming production runs.\n\nCommunicate anticipated production and delivery timelines to customers.\n\nMonitor inventory levels and order status to help ensure timely product delivery.\n\nWork closely with production, shipping, and other departments to address order-related questions or concerns.\n\nAdministrative & Team Support\nMaintain accurate customer records, order information, and related documentation.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to improve communication, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.\n\nGreet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel when needed.\n\nAssist with additional administrative, customer service, and
