We are looking for a dependable individual who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.\nIn this role, you will work closely with the Quality Manager and production team to ensure manufactured parts meet customer specifications and quality standards. You will perform inspections, identify potential quality concerns, and utilize our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to document testing results.\nPosition Details\nShift: 2nd Shift\n\nHours: 3:30 PM AM-2:00 AM, Monday-Thursday\n\nOvertime: Mandatory overtime currently required on Fridays\n\nStarting Pay: $19.00 per hour\n\nReports To: Quality Manager\n\nKey Responsibilities\nInspect and test manufactured components to ensure they meet customer specifications and established quality standards.\n\nAssist Quality Assurance and Production teams in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving quality-related issues.\n\nInspect and validate incoming parts and materials from external suppliers.\n\nUtilize measuring tools, including tape measures, micrometers, and other inspection equipment, to verify product dimensions and quality.\n\nInterpret quality tolerances and apply an understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).\n\nAccurately document inspection results and testing data using the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).\n\nIdentify and communicate product defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns to the appropriate team members.\n\nSupport continuous improvement efforts to maintain product quality and manufacturing efficiency.\n\nFollow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nPrevious experience in a quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing inspection role.\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nBasic computer proficiency and ability to accurately document inspection results.\n\nFamiliarity with manufacturing equipment, measuring tools, and plant operations.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to work mandatory overtime on Fridays as currently required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nFamiliarity with GD&T, quality tolerances, and dimensional inspection techniques.\n\nExperience using micrometers, measuring tools, or other quality inspection equipment.\n\nExperience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\n\nAbility to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).\n\nAbility to perform hands-on inspection tasks in a manufacturing environment.\n\nBenefits &
