As part of the Service Center team, you will collaborate with multiple departments to maintainaccuratefinancial records, implement best practices, and drive efficiency through automation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the AP Team: Supervise, train, and mentor AP staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.\n\nAutomation Initiatives: Identifyand implement automation solutions to streamline financial processes, focusing on improving efficiency and accuracy and reducing manual work.\n\nCollaboration: Work with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data for reporting and process improvements.\n\nVendor Management: Support the accounts payable team in managing vendor relationships, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timelyand accuratepayments.\n\nFinancial Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data, maintainingup-to-date records in compliance with accounting standards.\n\nSOX Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOX compliance standards for internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), including evaluating and testing controls, identifyinggaps, and recommending improvements.\n\nProcess Improvement: Identifyareas for improvement in the AP process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\n\nSystem Expertise: Demonstrateproficiencyin Sage Intacctor other equivalent ERP software.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience in identifyingand implementing automation solutions within finance or accounts payable functions.\n\nOversee and monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) for the AP team,ensuring that targets related to accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and customer service are met consistently.\n\nRegularly assess team performance, identifyareas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.\n\nFamiliarity with automation tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), ERP systems, or similar technologies is preferred.\n\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or financeis preferred but not required.\n\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time constraints.\n\nExperience in SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting.\n\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide leadership in driving process improvements.\n\nExperience with Tipalti/Sage Intacctor similar platforms is preferredbut not required.\n\nMinimumof five years’ work experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.\n\nAdditional Information:\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, and various professional development opportunities.
