The Machine Operator sets up and operates fabricating machines such as CNC machines, robotic cells, and punch presses that cut, shape, and bend aluminum pieces.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nFollows processes and procedures to ensure quality product goes to the customer, such as part measurement, visual inspection for missing features/defects in parts\nLoads and unloads materials properly onto saws/fixtures \nOperates and troubleshoots CNC machines and robotic cells\nUses quality equipment properly such as, gauges (pin gauges, Block gauges etc.), calipers, tape measure, square, feeler gauge, and CMM\nFollows part specific customer control plan in compliance with IATF/ISO certification\nChecks fluids and coolant level in machines to keep them at an optimal level \nUses inventory system to make tickets and keeping track of quantities for precise inventory. Via.
