The Manager of Community Impact will be responsible for directly supervising all on-site Community Impact Coordinators to ensure that all Community Impact programs are in compliance with all state and federal agency requirements and will support all employees or 3rd party providers who are responsible for the delivery of Community Impact within our Pennrose portfolio.\n*Requires 65%-75% Travel*\nProperties located in PA, NJ, DE\nPay range: $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience\nResponsibilities\nDirectly supervise and provide coaching, counseling and feedback to assigned Supportive Service Coordinators. \nCoordinates the implementation of supportive service plans and the delivery of needed and appropriate services at all assigned properties. \nEvaluate staff in the delivery of supportive services and provide regular on-site assistance and support to all Community Impact team members. \nResponsible for continued professional development as well as the continued professional growth of supervised employees. \nIdentify, develop and maintain networks of existing community based supportive and social service agencies for all properties and disseminate information to site managers and Community Impact staff. \nAssist in the development of supportive service plans and any/all applications for sites under development as part of the funding application process, to include securing the assistance of existing community based supportive and social agencies in the delivery of services. \nMonitor and meet reporting requirements with all applicable funding sources including submission of monthly reports and annual plans to assure compliance. \nProvide training and support to all staff on supportive service roles and responsibilities. \nCreate, update, and implement training modules for the Community Impact department. \nImprove knowledge and skills through participation in training sessions, service coordinator trainings and forums, and other professional development opportunities. \nSupport the Director of Community Impact in administrative responsibilities for the Community Impact Department. \nAll other duties as assigned. \nQualifications\nPerformance Metrics\nMonitor all Pennrose Management Company’s state and federal reporting and ensure that agency reporting is completed on-time.\nProvide Director of Community Impact with monthly, quarterly and annual Supportive Service program compliance and performance reports. \nSupportive Service programming is monitored and addressed if it is not meeting the PMC Supportive Service Scorecard standards. \nImproved property operations due to Supportive Service provision. \nRequired Education and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Social Service or related field. \nFive to six years of experience in Social Service field within a multi-family housing environment. \nRequires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel regularly (between properties, on-call emergencies, training, etc.) \nWorking Conditions:\nAbility to work periodic flexible hours is required.
