Your supervisor will provide undisturbed computer time. \nEnsure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and promptly using the company’s mobile Maintenance app. \nAssist with turnkey operations as required. Including but not limited to scheduling, punching, painting, and cleaning within five business days of move-out. \nMaintaining an effective preventative maintenance program. \nPrepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections. \nInspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for a safe, clean environment. \n\nQualifications\nPerformance Metrics\nProperty inspection results will be consistently excellent\nWork orders and units will be consistently on time\nPreventive maintenance will be done professionally and on time\nCustomer satisfaction surveys will be consistently perfect\nRequired Education and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma / GED - technical training certifications a plus\nOne year of property maintenance responsibilities or similar experience\nRequires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel (between properties)\nObtaining a company-provided EPA certification is required within six months of employment. Pennrose Management Company provides this certification\nWorking Conditions:\nAbility to work periodic flexible hours is required.
