For additional information on remote work at Penn State, see Notice to Out of State Applicants.\nJOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS\nThe Risk Management Department in the Smeal College of Business is looking to fill numerous exam proctor openings.\nJob Duties:\nTransport highly confidential test materials from one location to another.\nRead standard instructions to students.\nMonitor test rooms during the administration of examinations.\nEnforce time limits and compliance with other examination procedures.\nExplain and answer questions concerning examination procedures and related matters.\nDistribute examination materials to students.\nCollect, check, and count examination materials.\nCheck students’ identification.\nReport academic integrity violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinations.\nRequirements and Qualifications:\nProctors must be trustworthy.\nBe able to follow instructions exactly as given.\nBe able to effectively communicate and convey instructions to others.\nHave good written and verbal English skills.\nBe punctual.\nEmployment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.\nMust be 18 years old at the time of applying.\nPosition is in person, at University Park.\nWorking hours are Monday - Friday only, no weekends.
