You’ll have the opportunity to become the technical go-to person for our integration partners, supporting them from pres-ales through production launch, and representing their voice to our Product and Tech teams.\nThe Partnerships Team is part of the Pennylane Sales team, dealing with Referral Partners and Integrators reselling Pennylane on the PME & ETI market, growing this area of business to a >50% Indirect recurring revenue.\nYour responsibilities\nPartner pre-sales\nAct as an externalised technical export engaged by our partners in key pre-sales opportunities or transformations to lock Pennylane at Partner or customer site.\n\nCo-lead demos and technical workshops with partners and Sales Account Executives for mid-sized business prospects.\n\nDesign integration architectures between Pennylane and the customer's information systems (ERP, CRM, industry-specific tools, PA/PDP platforms, banks) using the API, connectors, SFTP or EBICS.\n\nRespond to security and architecture questionnaires (authentication, SSO/MFA, OAuth2, hosting).\n\nProject escalation management\nTroubleshoot ongoing integrations: API errors, e-invoicing rejections (Factur-X, UBL, CII, BR-FR rules) and connector configuration issues.\n\nUnderstand incidents and resolution paths in order to coordinate Support, Product and Engineering teams through to resolution.\n\nLead follow-up meetings with the end customer and the integrator on critical projects.\n\nEcosystem enablement\nTrain partners' technical and functional teams on the API, AI new modules and e-invoicing.\n\nManage beta programs and soft launches with champion partners (selection, training, feedback collection).\n\nCreate and maintain reference materials: integration guides, FAQs, use cases and recordings.\n\nRepresenting the partner voice to Product\nCommunicate structured and prioritized requirements (missing endpoints, feature enhancements, documentation).\n\nContribute to the quality of the public API documentation.\n\nKeep partners informed about the roadmap transparently.\n\nAnalyze the needs of partners and provide effective technical solutions\n\nEnsure that developments meet users expectations\n\nAct as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders (partnerships, product, sales teams…)\n\nBuild and maintain solid tech-relationships with partners\n\nGather and share partners qualitative feedback with the product team to improve our product and/or our APIs\n\nIdentify key uses cases and best practices and work with our Product & API teams to display valuable documentation and help our team to scale.\n\nBe creative to develop content towards Patrners developers and techs (dev toolkit, guidelines etc.)\n\nYour profile\n5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, integration consulting or Solutions Engineering, ideally at a SaaS vendor or an ERP/accounting systems integrator.\n\nStrong command of REST APIs: OAuth2 and token-based authentication, webhooks, Postman, and reading JSON/XML payloads. Scripting skills are a plus.\n\nA solid understanding of accounting and finance: journal entries, account matching, VAT, cost accounting and bank reconciliation.
