Sales, Demand Gen, Data, Brand, and Automation teams.\nLead and Grow the Website Squad\nSet clear roles, objectives, and rituals\n\nManage and develop multidisciplinary profiles across conversion, product, and engineering\n\nFoster growth in autonomy and seniority\n\nIntegrate AI into daily work to accelerate processes (e.g., backlog management, landing-page creation)\n\nRecruit additional experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product, including people-management\n\nStrong expertise in CRO and/or product management for a high-traffic website\n\nProven track record in delivering measurable conversion improvements\n\nExperience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams\n\nDeep understanding of experimentation and A/B testing methodologies\n\nAbility to collaborate with Engineering on performance, tracking, and security (coding not required)\n\nExperience leading complex projects with multiple business and technical stakeholders\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and prioritization skills\n\nHands-on experience using AI to enhance personal and team operations\n\nFluent English\n\nExperience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, self-sign-up models, or fast-growing
