Coordinators assist with evaluating contract language and requirements, ensuring proper revenue capture through accurate billing and assisting with revenue enhancement projects such as our CPI and market labor survey processes.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nResolve unstructured internal and external inquiries related to invoices, contracts and various services provided by Penske by utilizing over a dozen different Penske systems\nResearch, calculate and apply adjustments to customer accounts as needed\nIdentify trends in inquiries and propose long-term fixes to better service our customers\nProvide excellent customer service\nOther projects and tasks as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.\nMaster's Degree preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.\nMinimum 2 years of experience interacting with customers and resolving complex issues\nStrong customer service skills\nStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office\nWorking knowledge of Penske systems preferred (AS400, SalesForce, etc.)\nAbility to learn a broad set of processes\nApply knowledge to proactively solve problems\nIdentify trends in data and inquiries to recommend proactive solutions to management\nStrong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nSelf-starter, motivated, can-do attitude\nWillingness to take on additional/evolving responsibilities\nRegular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job\nWillingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
