This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant and outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment.\nEmployees under the direction of the inventory control manager will assist in keeping an accurate inventory ensuring the system inventory in the WMS matches the physical inventory stored at the facility.\nThis is a new operation located in Obetz, OH.\nSchedule:\n1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6:00 AM until 2:30 PM\nCompensation:\n 1st Shift - $21.50 per hour\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nEnsuring system count matches physical inventory\nResolve discrepancies at location and pallet level\nLook for missing product in storage locations\nUpdate WMS to match physical through various methods\nResearch and document root cause\nEnsuring proper rotation of product\nAnalyze reports to identify rotation issues\nEnsure rotation physically moved as required\nResearch and document root cause\nAccurately receive inventory\nWork with checkers to ensure accurate receipt of inventory\nAudit inbound receipts, both physically and through receipt documentations\nAccurately induct x-dock into inventory\nData setup and validation\nAccurately input required data elements into WMS and various other applications\nAudit existing data for inaccurate data\nManage unsalable inventory to resolution\nAccurately document information on product recalls, including physically segregating as required.\nWork with procurement on product expiration and product holds to final resolution\nAccurately record dump / donate and other product dispositions\nEnsure appropriate signage accurately located in distribution center\nProcess analysis and documentation\nWork with inventory management to document and train inventory procedures to warehouse operations\nAssist with daily and weekly reports\nAssist in development and implementation of special projects and tasks\nAll other tasks as assigned by supervisor\nQualifications:\n2 years of general office experience required\n1 year of customer service experience required\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required\nAdvanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required\nAS400 experience preferred\nRegular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job\nWillingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.\nPhysical Requirements:\n-The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
