Schedules will be assigned by local management.\nMust have flexibility to cover other shifts if needed \nAdditional Benefits:\nPaid Time Off\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nLife Insurance\n401K\nAssociate Referral Program\n$125 Boot allowance after 90-days of employment\nOur associates also enjoy numerous associate discounts and opportunities to grow with the organization!\nMajor Responsibilities:\nUsing various forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. \nExecutes & provides process & project visibility to Operations Supervisor\nTrain new hires on processes and job duties\nExpert in warehouse functions\nLeads & complies with Safety and Well Being efforts on assigned shift\nSorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas\nStacks cardboard boxes and pallets\nMove materials within the warehouse\nCommunicate with associates from other shifts\nOther projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor\n Qualifications:\n4 years of warehouse experience required\n2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred\n2 years of supervisory experience preferred\nHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred\nPrior forklift certification preferred\nBasic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred\nAbility to learn and use proprietary software required\nFlexible to work overtime preferred\nAbility to work in non-climate-controlled conditions\nAbility to lead a small team, ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexibility required, excellent with numbers, time management, and ability to execute are required.\nRegular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.\nWillingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.\nThis position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
