The ideal candidate must enjoy the opportunity to interact with state agencies, vendors and internal departments to perform these tasks.\nMajor Responsibilities:\n- Accurate and timely preparation and submission of registration applications\n- Interact with state agencies and Penske locations to ensure timely handling of vehicle registration and disposal documentation\n- File/Distribute registration as received and ensure that all vehicle registration documents are accounted for\n- Assist with various departmental projects\n- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor\nQualifications:\n- High School Diploma or equivalent required\n- Prior experience with titles and registration preferred\n- Complete understanding of jurisdictional ownership requirements preferred.\n- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required\n- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Access preferred\n- Analytical/Problem Solving/Customer Service required\n- Strong written and oral communication skills required\n- Strong organizational skills required\n- AS/400 knowledge and experience preferred\n- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job\n- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required\nPhysical Requirements:\n-The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
