Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.\nPay:\n$22.00/hr\nSchedule:\nMonday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM\nAdditional Benefits:\nPaid Time Off\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nLife Insurance\n401K\nAssociate Referral Program\nMajor Responsibilities:\nAccurately match numbers & letters, assuring appropriate number of individual units or cases on a pallet, and in a pick location or stock location\nPerform Cycle Counts\nPerform authorized inventory adjustments\nSend out communication to ALL carriers for equipment by 8:00am\nRelease orders until 11AM cutoff time\nCommunicate to OPS to check in drivers for SD\nAnswer all emails from shared mailbox throughout the day\nRescan orders\nAssemble carrier (labels/packing list) \nProcess/labeled FEDX complete by 12:00pm\nClose out FedEx orders\nCreate pro labels for LTL\nDims for LYAF orders and send communication via email to LYAF by 12:00\nClose out orders / Prepare BOL's packets\nProcess Canada invoices \nEmail carrier on follow up of ETA\nRelease/prep next day orders for Store Dev\nCheck receiving packet once received in system. Run receiving report and attach to packet\nUpdated receiving schedule with arrival times, po, qty, exceptions, etc.\nQualifications:\n2 years of general office experience required\n1 year of customer service experience required\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required\nAdvanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required\nAS400 experience preferred\nRegular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job\nWillingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.\nPhysical Requirements:\n-The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
