In addition, maintain appropriate inventory levels at the lowest possible cost structure as well as develop their team to provide the highest quality service in the industry. You will also be responsible to personally complete repairs and PMs.\nWork Location: 233 Sardis Rd, Asheville, NC 28806\nWork Shift: 3rd Shift- Sun-Thursday 11pm-730am\nMajor Responsibilities:\nMeet and exceed customer satisfaction\nCoach/Mentor/Develop service department associates\nMonitor associate work levels\n50-75% of time completing repairs and doing PMs\nFleet maintenance management and repair expense management\nIdentifying areas for improvement and reinforce policies and procedures\nFacility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment\nOther duties and tasks as required by the manager\nBenefits:\nPenske values the well-being of our employees and their families.
