This hybrid role involves both design and production studio responsibilities, with a significant focus on ensuring the visual consistency and quality of client presentations, marketing materials, and various creative projects.\nThe Production Designer is expected to:\nCollaborate with designers and creative directors to execute concepts within established design systems for client brands\n\nWork on a variety of creative projects, including book layouts, icons and logos, t-shirts, postcards and invites, posters and ads, large format OOH, infographics, and templates across multiple programs\n\nEnsure consistency in fonts, text placement, photo treatment, and overall visual quality in presentation decks ranging from 30 to 150 slides\n\nEnhance client decks with visually interesting elements and rebuild data information and charts to improve presentation quality\n\nVersion out digital banners, print ads, and other files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines\n\nRebuild files in the appropriate programs, checking for errors and ensuring correct setup.\n\nMaintain major attention to detail, catching all edits and inconsistencies in client materials\n\nContribute to the revitalization of brands and help establish new design rules under the direction of senior designers\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience\n\n2+ years of experience in a production design role, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment\n\nProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation tools like Google Slides and Powerpoint\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across various materials\n\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously\n\nStrong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design\n\nThe ability to work collaboratively with a creative team and independently manage tasks.\n\nThe ability to utilize AI and emerging technologies, where appropriate, to enhance efficiency, quality, and impact, while staying current on evolving capabilities and incorporating relevant innovations into day-to-day work\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nExperience with data visualization and infographics is a plus\n\nThe ability to create HTML5 animations using Google Web Designer and GIF animations using Photoshop is highly preferred\n\nSalary Range:\nThe base salary range for this position will be $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications as they relate to the position.\nBenefits:\nPenta Group is committed to providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to support the well-being and financial security of our employees.
