You will be responsible for supporting operations functions including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash while performing assigned manufacturing tasks and contributing to overall production performance. You will perform basic production and assembly tasks developing foundational skills.\nYou will:\nYou will work with minimal supervision and cross-trained across multiple stations\nFollow work instructions, work orders, and route packets\nOperate equipment and perform assembly tasks per procedures\nInspect parts and processes to ensure quality standards are met\nFollow 5S and Lean manufacturing practices\nMeet production targets while maintaining quality\nVerify parts and assemblies meet specifications using visual inspection and measurement tools.\nKey Qualifications:\n1 - 2 years of manufacturing or related experience \nDemonstrate working knowledge of basic mechanical principles and assembly processes.\nRequires both written and verbal communication skills in English \nProficient in the safe and proper use of common assembly tools, including but not limited to: torque wrenches, power tools, hand tools, and measurement devices (calipers, gauges, etc.).\nAbility to read and interpret basic to moderately complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.\nUnderstands component fit, alignment, and torque requirements to ensure product quality and functionality.\nCapable of identifying and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues during assembly and escalating as needed.\nApplies knowledge of fixtures, jigs, and standardized tooling to ensure consistent and efficient assembly.\nPhysical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.\nPosition Shift/Hours:\n1st shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday \nMandatory OT on Friday 5:00am - 1:00pm \nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is: $22.18/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
