Financial Accounting & Reporting\nSupport to Manager in drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial close with accuracy and timeliness.\nEnsure compliance with Indian GAAP / US GAAP.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams for timely closure of books.\nSupport leadership with reliable financial insights.\n4. Compliance, Controls & Governance\nEnsure strong internal controls and SOX compliance.\nManage statutory compliance tracking.\nImplement regulatory and policy updates.\nDevelop systems to track tax and compliance changes.\n5. Global Projects & Transformation\nSupport global finance initiatives and process improvements.\nDrive automation and efficiency projects.\nQualifications & Experience\nCA/CMA with 2+ years PQE OR CA/CMA Inter with 5 years’ experience.\nExperience in MNC environment preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nSAP/Any ERP, Excel, PowerPoint.\nExposure to Power BI and Power Automate.\nBehavioral Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management.\nProactive and ownership-driven approach.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nPentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
