You will assist in the manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products. You will provide support for the production team by moving materials and finished goods throughout the facility.\nYou will:\nBe responsible for correctly documenting and handling of parts.\n\nNeed to be flexible to rotate on the line.\n\nBe familiar with packing small components and packaging operations.\n\nProvide general labor incidental to manufacturing operations.\n\nNeed to be capable of performing a variety of production operations incidental to the manufacturing of various items or devices produced in the department\n\nNeed to be able to use fine hand manipulation.\n\nMust be able to read, write and understand written, visual and oral instructions.\n\nAble to use a variety of hand tools in department, including but not limited to, air guns, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other power/hand tools.\n\nKey Qualifications:\nAble to use RF scanners for transfers on SAP.\n\nAble to drive sit-down and stand-up forklift\n\nPrevious experience in a similar manufacturing environment.\n\nPrevious experience in production and/or assembly position.\n\nBilingual - English/Spanish.\n\nPositive attitude.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively in English.\n\nPhysical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering weights.\n\nLifting requirement is 50 pounds throughout the day.\n\nSteel-toed footwear is required.\n\nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is $21.00/hour, plus 8% shift differential while working on 2nd shift. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
