You will perform necessary operations in both our part washer and balancer areas on a variety of cast iron, bronze and stainless-steel parts to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.\nYou will:\nPerform operations to wash castings and transport materials to appropriate staging areas or work centers, in addition to running the Hines Impeller Balancer.\nLoad and unload casting washer.\nTransport various materials to appropriate locations\nDynamically balance impellers on the Hines Balancers\nGenerate necessary documentation such as work orders and receipts.\nPerform in process quality checks and correct non-conformances.\nPerform other duties as required.\nKey Qualifications:\nHave earned your high school diploma\nAbility to operate a powered pallet jack or have a forklift operation - license\nBasic machine operation skills\nAbility to operate computers & MS Office products\nExperience working with SAP or S/4 Hana ERP systems, preferred\nBe able to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions, and quality plans with minimal supervision. \nBe able to work in a team environment\nPhysical Requirements: Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs without a lift assist\nShift/Hours:\n1st shift 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday OR\n2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday (received an 8% shift differential)\nOvertime as needed either after shift or on Saturdays. \nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is: $18.00 - $20.00 DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
