You will perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.\nYou will:\nPerform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part. \nPerform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging. \nPerform in-process quality checks and communicate non-conformances to proper personnel. \nMaintain card system and determination of KanBan quantities. \nProductivity reporting and Quality audit reporting.\nKey Qualifications:\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, air tools \nExperience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders \nPhysical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the production floor. \nShift/Hours:\n1st shift 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday \nOvertime as needed either after shift or on Saturdays \nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
