You will develop and execute Machine Preventative Maintenance Schedules including predictive maintenance on all types of CNC, Injection Molding, Fabrication, Welding, Assembly, Testing, HVAC, and Facility equipment.\nYou will:\nDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC problems on machinery and equipment to determine the extent and method of repairs and/or replacement of worn or defective parts. Establish and document a troubleshooting process based on findings. \nPerform a wide variety of repairs and/or fabrications on various machines and production equipment such as: CNC, Injection Molding, Fabrication, Welding, Assembly, Testing, HVAC and Facility equipment. \nDetermine root cause of maintenance issues. Suggest, execute and document necessary improvements. Root Cause Analysis training is a plus. \nWork from prints, schematics, drawings and sketches. Including electrical, hydraulic, air, plumbing and structural. \nWork with CMMS system to manage Maintenance work order requests, PM’s and order replacement parts and materials to maintain inventory. \nKey Qualifications:\nAbility to diagnose and fix CNC mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and control issues.\nCNC repair knowledge is REQUIRED for this role.\nExperience with preventive & predictive maintenance.\nAbility to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical prints/schematics.\nExperience identifying failure causes and recommending improvements\nExperience managing work orders, PMs, and parts inventory (CMMS).\nExperience with equipment - CNC, injection molding, fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, HVAC, and facility systems.\nMust be comfortable with heights.\nPhysical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs.\nSteel-toed footwear is required.\nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is $35.07/hour, plus $0.45 shift differential while working on 2nd shift. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
