You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. This role requires minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work independently. The technician plays a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring proper operation of plant and equipment.\nYou will:\nExecute preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.\n\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.\n\nPerform diagnostics on robotic arms, CNC equipment, and vision systems.\n\nFabricate and repair custom fixtures and tooling to support production.\n\nMaintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, boilers and compressed air.\n\nRespond to facilities maintenance requests from office and non-manufacturing areas.\n\nKey Qualifications:\n2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nFunctional knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.\n\nExperience with robotic systems and safety protocols.\n\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.\n\nFamiliarity with CMMS systems and basic computer literacy.\n\nBasic welding, machining, and fabrication skills.\n\nAbility to perform physical labor for extended periods a variety of environmental conditions.\n\nMust be able to bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces.\n\nComfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.\n\nShift/Hours:\n2pm-10pm Monday - Friday\n\n2hrs regular OT, more available (after shift or on weekends)\n\nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is: $42.00 to $45.00/hr + $1/hr shift premium with a $5000 sign on bonus.
