You will perform a range of duties at the manufacturing facility. Training will be done for multiple production areas, and you could see yourself learning a range of manufacturing support skills.\nYou will:\nSupport the flow of raw material into product throughout the whole of the manufacturing process. \nDuties could include material picking, building sub-assemblies, helping on the paint line, among many other entry level duties. You will not have a set duty and could work in any area.\nUse hand tools, scanning tools and Power Industrial Trucks to complete manufacturing tasks. \nDrive LEAN and job safety for your group. \nhttps://youtu.be/UDLsxuQytM0\nKey Qualifications:\nMust be willing to work in a variety of areas/departments\nMust be flexible to support any area of production/distribution\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPrior manufacturing/distribution experience\nStand-up reach experience (PIT experience highly desired)\nMust be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist. \nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.\nSteel-toed footwear is required.\nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is $22.36/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
