You will support material flow by delivering and receiving raw materials, replenishing kits, transporting finished goods, maintaining Kanban inventory, operating a lift truck, and upholding 5S and Pentair “Win Right” standards across the Chardon campus.\nYou will:\nDeliver raw materials as required to production cells.\n\nObtain and maintain lift truck license, required.\n\nPick up finished goods as required from appropriate area.\n\nReceive raw materials as required.\n\nSupport Material Flow through Chardon campus as needed.\n\nBe responsible for properly reordering raw materials through Kanban process as required.\n\nImplement and sustain adherence to market 5S standards per the market 5S checklist.\n\nDemonstrating Pentair’s “Win Right” culture when interacting with customers, co-workers and suppliers.\n\nReplenish Kits in market as required.\n\nAble to operate a tugger to facilitate timely material to the production area.\n\nKey Qualifications:\nHave strong communication skills.\n\nHave the ability to work at a fast pace and in a changing work environment.\n\nBe able to organize and have a strong attention to detail.\n\nBe a self-starter and able to work with little supervision\n\nManufacturing experience preferred.\n\nComponent, assembly and kitting knowledge preferred\n\nLift truck license, preferred.\n\nJDE experience, preferred.\n\nShift/Hours:\n3rd shift: 8:30pm - 7:00am Monday - Thursday\n\n10% shift differential for 3rd shift\n\nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is: $19.50/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.\n$1,000 Hiring Bonus\nThe hiring bonus is payable at $500 after 90 days and $500 after 6 months of employment.
